Butter, caster sugar, free-range eggs, gluten-free flour (Doves Farm), Xantham gum, coconut drink, lemon zest, butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract, lemon curd (free-range eggs, butter, caster sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest)

Cold weather conditions:

Store in the box provided at room temperature (avoid direct sunlight & heat source). Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Warm weather conditions (18C & above / humid conditions):

Store in the box provided in the fridge, and remove 2 hours before serving. Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
