Store in the box provided at room temperature (avoid direct sunlight & heat source) during cold weather conditions, and in the fridge during warm weather conditions (18C & above / humid conditions). Remove 2hrs before serving. Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.

It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
