Cold weather conditions:

Store in the box provided at room temperature (avoid direct sunlight & heat source). Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Warm weather conditions (18C & above / humid conditions):

Store in the box provided in the fridge, and remove 2 hours before serving. When putting in the fridge you must remove the horn & ears with care (ease out gently). Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
