Colour Mill is an oil-based food colouring and is suitable for use in a vast array of mediums: buttercream, ganache, chocolate, cake batter, sugar paste, flower paste and more. It has a high concentration so you will only need to use a fraction to get a bright vibrant colour.

Shake well before use - the oil separates from the colour so needs to be incorporated together before use.
