Store in the box provided in the fridge (avoid direct sunlight & heat sources). Bring out the fridge 12 hours before it needs to be served. Once cut, store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

We recommend freezing on the day of purchase/delivery.
