3 layers of spiced carrot and pecan cake filled with either a classic cream cheese filling or vanilla buttercream (please choose your filling).

Carrots, sunflower oil, light soft brown sugar, free-range eggs, pecans, gluten-free flour blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), xantham gum, bicarbonate of soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground mixed spice, icing sugar, butter,  cream cheese (Salt, Stabiliser (Locust Bean Gum), Acid (Citric Acid)

This product can be collected from our bakery only.

Store in the box provided at room temperature (avoid direct sunlight & heat sources). Once cut, store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.

It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
