Add to many substances such as buttercream, ganache, swiss meringue buttercream and many more! Butter and white chocolate have a natural yellow colour which isn’t always the look we are after. Use this whitener drop by drop to make your mixture whiter. Alternatively use it to tone down a colour.
Available in 100g & 500g (select your size)
Protect from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50C.
Add directly to your mixture and mix well. Start by mixing a few drops into your mixture and add more until the desired shade is reached.
