Mastering Macarons Class - 1/2 Day

In this class, you will learn how to master Macarons using the Italian method.

You will learn key skills that will help you crack these difficult little beauties.

- How to create the perfect consistency macaronage/meringue & final ribbon flowing macaron mixture

- Tricks and hacks on how to pipe your macarons/ best equipment to use, baking times and temperatures

- How to pair your macarons and fill them with a delicious filling

The macarons we will be working with are our gluten-free macaron shells. We are currently unable to offer dairy-free on this course.
Please note we do use nuts in the kitchen for anyone with severe nut allergies. Our macarons do contain ground almonds.

Safeguarding our customers, visitors, and employees remains of the utmost priority to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

All areas of our kitchen are sanitised regularly along with tools and equipment. We have a 5 star food hygiene rating with Sevenoaks District Council.

On arrival, you will be required to wash your hands in the designated hand wash area. You will be provided with a clean apron for the duration of your class. Our kitchen is kept well ventilated via our air conditioning unit & extract fan system. This draws new air in and old air out.

Refunds will not be offered once the class is booked. If you need to change the date of your booking a notice period of 2 weeks will be required. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

If there is a cancellation due to you catching COVID-19 prior to the class date we will need proof of the positive result so that we can reschedule your slot. You may choose to attend a different class of the same value or pay the difference to attend a more expensive course if you wish.
