Large Bakewell Tart (GF/N)

A classic Bakewell tart with a sweet shortcrust pastry, filled with raspberry jam and frangipane. Finished with flaked almonds and a dusting of icing sugar.

The tart is 9" in diameter and can serve between 8-16 people.
