Cupcake Decorating Class - 1/2 Day

In this class, you will learn how to bake the perfect gluten-free vanilla cupcakes & decorate them with different piping techniques.

You will get the chance to ask questions and receive tips on gluten-free baking.

Age restriction: 16+ only

Skill level:  Beginner

Class timing: 3 hours 30 minutes

Class includes:

  • hot drinks and soft drinks from the pod
  • apron on loan for the day
  • a box of 12 cupcakes to take home (all cupcakes will be gluten-free)

In this class you will learn how to:

  • Bake gluten-free vanilla cupcakes
  • Get the perfect piping consistency buttercream and also how to colour your buttercream
  • Learn how to use different piping tips to create different effects on your cupcakes
  • Apply decorative features such as dried florals and sprinkles.

Take home with you:

  • You will take home a box of 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes. A box will be provided to take them home in.

The cakes we will be working with are our gluten-free vanilla cupcakes. We are currently unable to offer dairy-free on this course.
Please note we do use nuts in the kitchen for anyone with severe nut allergies. 

Safeguarding our customers, visitors, and employees remains of the utmost priority to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

All areas of our kitchen are sanitised regularly along with tools and equipment. We have a 5 star food hygiene rating with Sevenoaks District Council.

ON ARRIVAL & DURING THE CLASS

You will be required to use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival. Hand washing facilities are available and will be required to be used prior to starting the class.

Our kitchen is kept well ventilated via our air conditioning unit  & extract fan system. This draws new air in and old air out.

Refunds will not be offered once the class is booked. If you need to change the date of your booking a notice period of 2 weeks will be required. If you need to cancel your booking before 2 weeks we can move you onto another class but cannot offer a refund. If you need to move your booking after the 2 week notice period we will need to charge the full cost of the class.

If there is a cancellation due to you catching COVID - 19 prior to the class date we will need proof of the positive result so that we can reschedule your slot. 50% of the amount paid will be retained, and 50% will be available to use on a future class.
